Ransome Fleet Solutions are committed to giving a first class service working with existing and new customers individual requirements within the Transport Refrigeration sector, and prides itself on being able to successfully maintain all makes and models of refrigeration systems, such as:- Thermo King, Frigoblock, Hubbard, Zanotti, GAH and Eberspächer.
All of our service engineers are trained to the highest industry standards and are consistently monitored and trained to maintain excellence levels of service. All of our vans are fully equipped and heavily stocked with spare parts to enable onsite repair and maintain a high first time fix response. All servicing includes calibration to UKAS standards, ensuring compliance with any temperature audit requests. Ransome Engineering Services offer over 35 years of Bus and Coach experience. Started by Graham Ransome in 1981, we have grown to become a leading support company for Bus and Coach operators across the UK.
As a family run company, our commitment has always been to the highest levels of customer service, delivered by experienced and knowledgeable staff. From large PLCs to single vehicle operators, our customer base continues to grow through the recommendation of our existing customers and network partners. We already offer a bench mark 90 minute attendance time for Transport Refrigeration and Tail lift break downs amongst our UK Supermarket and Vehicle Rental customer base, and we are working hard to bring this level of service to all our Bus & Coach division customers. Central to this is our objective to have a Mobile Engineer based within 1 hour of every customer.
As well as driving forward our mobile support network, we continue to invest in the latest training and equipment for all our engineers so they can offer the right level of support whenever and wherever it is needed. This includes our workshop in Colchester where we can provide high quality and cost-effective installation of new equipment into any vehicle.
On call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year our fully trained parts staff can identify and supply Bus & Coach parts to meet the demands of every Bus & Coach operator.
